Control to output of a DCM flyback?

Are these equation's correct for the open loop control to output of a DCM flyback?

When I was reading Pressman he says that the DC gain should extend out to the power pole (fp) 151.927 Hz in a straight line then go down at a

-1 slope to the ESR zero. My graph doesn't show that.

I've also run into different equations for fp and the ESR zero (fz), are the ones I'm using correct?

My ESR zero is high (37.265kHz) because I'm using polymer aluminum filter caps at the output total ESR of 4.5 milli ohms. The flybacks DC gain (Gfly) at highline full load is 22dB.
