Bipolar Semiconductor and SMD Ident database update190131

The smd marking code data base is updated, to include two- terminal devices, power supervisory circuits, GaAs mmic devices, transient suppression devices. Many typos and redundancies are addressed.

Approximately 50K spreadsheet lines.

The bipolar database is now up to ~70K entries.

Would be really cool if all those spreadsheet columns had one more header ROW to indicate what all those numbers meant.

Really only possible if all the parts share structure - as in the bipolar database. When you know PNP or NPN, you don't even have to specify polarity of the ratings, really.

In that case, the only confusion could be between Vcbo and Vceo; between min, max or typical ratings, between Cout and Cre or various frequency ratings. A floating header would be even nicer there. Feel free to dress up your copy, but change the name when saving.

For the smd marking database, the descriptive fields will always be an issue. The aim is to point to a mfr part number. The function and case description can aid in picking between potential devices with the same marking. Any extra info is more for troubleshooting/comparison/substitution, and is probably beyond the scope of normal use.
