I thought this was funny,
DL the adds and use VLC, quicktime makes you install itunes.
I went out to buy a mac this week, until i saw the price. I am still considering it though.

Money well spent. Just do it.

That's always been the major downside of macs. The prices border on extortion.
True enough, but if the damn thing works, and doesn't tie itself up in knots on a regular basis, it is well worth it, IMHO. You get your work done, and the dumb ass playbaby virus creating d******ds leave it alone. Why do we glamorize "hackers" with a nice, pc name? Why don't we and the media call them as they are, "criminal, no good, immature bastards"? Regards, Tom
You've got this ass-backwards. A true Hacker is one who isn't afraid to "hack" (i.e., understand and modify circuitry, which sometimes involves literally "hacking" into the PC board) - it used to be somewhat like a badge of honor, much like "geek", except with hardware.
The scriptkiddies, pirates, and other low-lifes have hijacked the term for themselves, or maybe it was the stupid-ass media that did it.
They should quit calling them "hackers" and call them "fuckheads".
Thanks, Rich
The proper term is "Terrorist".
This is beginning to sound like the difference between a production platform and an experimental unit.
Now if only the Department of Homeland Defense would spend as much effort with these terorists as they do on innocent bystanders we could make progress against them.
