There are a lot a quite similar ads for "senders" of varying power consumtion (and claimed rf output power). The items all look exactly the same, and have the same input voltage. I'm wondering if they are actually the same, just with a simple jumper or resistor determining the power. Has anyone opened one of these things up?
Anyone familiar with the video "senders" available on Ebay?

By and large, they work well, but some are fussy on their IR re-transmissions and don't retransmit the received IR data correctly/accurately.( from your remote control)
