Does anyone know if there's a standard part name, maker or number for these plugs and cables? Ideally I'd like plugs I can put on my own cables..

Its socket is about the size of an RJ45 socket, and looks a bit like a tiny IEC connector. I think it's Japanese. It might be specifically for the AOR AR-3000 and other radios in its range, but I suspect AOR used an unusual but standard connector and I'm hoping someone can tell me what it is so I can find some.
