Сабж DM74L502N (14 ног) SN74L5221N (16 ног) DM74L586N (14 ног) MC139TP (8 ног)
стоят недалеко от генератора строк в оооочень старом мониторе гугл беспомощно разводит руками. даташиты не прошу (хотя и не откажусь) - знать бы хотя бы что оно из себя такое...

Ошибка в чтении маркировки. Hе "74L5", а "74LS" - и все легко найдешь.

Может быть, MC1391P ? Древний "TV horisontal deflection processor".
