male plug print eg on a Verizon mifi receiver charging cable reads

IF THE FEMALE PLUG HAS A GROUND PIN

how insert male plug ? print start at pin side or opposite pin side ?

first plug after posting has print above the ground pin.

when I find 10 similar surely the 11th would not n start a fire in the basement.
