I am going to interface a chip usbn9603 to the microcontroller. However, I find the 24MHz crystal cannot oscillate (with capacitors
15pF and shunt resistor 1M Ohm). Why? I have checked the circuit for the whole day but cannot find the solution. Could anyone give me some hints why the oscillator cannot work.
