Electric car

Would two large capaciters be cheaper than batteries to drive an electric car. Say a couple of 2 farad capacitors. Capicators would recharge faster too.

No. The energy density of capacitors will always be lower than chemical batteries. Electric fields across insulating layers cannot compete with chemical bonds.

They'd discharge faster, too. As in a fraction of a second.
