I think "crazy" is misapplied a lot - there's "crazy like a fox", and "crazy like a loon", so I guess it's pretty much "take your pick". :-)

There's troll-baiters, but after a while, a troll-baiter can be accepted into the troll-baiter guild, and is immediately an apprentice baiter. After intensive training in troll-baiting, and subject to approval by the grand marshal of the baiting guild, one may become a journeyman baiter. The next step, of course, after passing a rigorous oral examination, the baiter might be awarded the rank of Master.
