Hello all, Could anybody suggest me any good transistor to RF Power Amplifier? My RF PA should work on 1.3GHz in 40MHz band, Pout > 1W, Vcc = 12V with tolerance +-10%. Efficient of my PA should be > 50% so I chose AB or B class.
