Mike's been reading too much Tea Party propaganda. Obama is and was clever. He's a lot less Russian-influenced than Trump - for one thing he hasn't got any history of money-making schemes with Russian satellite regimes, unlike Trump.
Krw's mind may be a state machine, but Obama is lot more subtle than that, though Mike Terrell probably isn't well-enough schooled to be able to notice the difference.
