Or "hotair" puts a predictable spin on every news item they choose to pick up.

Weinstein may have had enough sense to avoid upsetting powerful women.

No Republican politician would have that level of self-control, but Democrats are required to advance rational arguments from time to time.

The fellow hasn't been convicted yet. He may be innocent, or he may not be. Not time to attack though until convicted.

On the other hand the current POTUS did not deny trespassing on women and nothing happened to him - so far. Or what would you call bragging about entering women's changing rooms without consent? Some (and I) consider it a form of sexual assault.

Now it's all starting to hit the fan! More accusations are coming.

What spin? The guy's a perv. Yet you believe every accusation made against Trump.

Nope, no bias on your part.

Ah, but it's fine to prey on the powerless. Got it.

ick up.

nst Trump.

With Trump we got a video of him boasting about it - that's persuasive.

Scarcely, but hotair was complaining that powerful women whom he might have molested hadn't complained about him, and if he'd had enough sense not to molest them, they wouldn't have had anything to complain about. Once Weinst ein's bad behaviour has been proven, rather than alleged, a certain amount of third party indignation would make sense, but at the moment it is all "i nnocent until proven guilty" - a ten-year-old anecdote is great gossip, but rather poor evidence.

That goes without saying. Evidence - like a video of Weinstein boasting about his bad behaviour - would be more useful, but "hotair" has to make do with what it's got, and accusations are easy to dream up.

They certainly are. My theory, FWIW, is that Weinstein has gone to ground because he knows there is a *lot* worse to come out yet. Time will tell...

Perhaps. Meanwhile "hotair" is ventilating all the allegations it can get it's hands on, just in case the whole thing turns out to be somewhat exaggerated before it can get the propaganda effect it is being aid to deliver.
