James Arthur being what is he is, his hope is not that what he has posted has helped, but rather that it adds to the state of confusion that his right-wing opinions find most convenient in the population at large.

Michael Crichton didn't let his - limited - knowledge of science get in the way of his writing end-of-the-world novels. One shouldn't confuse plausible with accurate.
