Yeah- those two are kinda simple. And there is no $21 trillion missing. I c an't believe that so-called economist is asking to see the data. The proble m is there is no "the data" and a lot of it may not even be on electronic s torage media, not to mention it would probably take years and many millions of dollars to reproduce, and then most of it would be indecipherable to ju st one person. The real scandal is that various branches within the department have spent billions upgrading their accounting automation specifically to meet the aud iting requirements and have failed miserably.
