ZeroHedge has it's own issues, as does Cursitor Doom.
On the whole, the New York Times is a more reliable source than either.
Nobody is perfect, but Cursitor Doom has a great many imperfections and doesn't seem to realise quite how close he comes to being the perfect guillible twit.
