Memory organization and chipset support

I've bought DDR4 64GB memory module. It has organization 2DR x4. Unfortunately, this module doesn't work with my motherboard which is based on Intel chipset X99, but on the Internet one can find working configurations with DDR4 64GB modules in general.

I wrote to manufacturer's support for an advice on that matter. They replied: "Please refer to below table about all memory support type on X99 chipset. Due to 2GB x4 is not support on 16 GB addressing table so that cannot boot up on this board."

The tables look like this:

Having these tables, could anyone explain to me the relation between memory module organization and organization of possible supported 64GB modules? All I know now is that 64GB module with organization 2S4R x4 works, with organization 2DR x4 doesn't but I'm not able to deduce it myself from these tables, I don't understand why they referred to the

16GB addressing table and I'm kinda lost with memory organization symbols.

I would appreciate your help in understanding this.

thank you, geos
