Sorry kid, seems like from india..... Its difficult process to setup such facilities to manufacture chips, good idea is do a MS and PH.D in verilog in US, then u might have a chance to get a internship in intel, so that you can watch them how they are done... But it awesome to design ur own and build a chip, even if it can glow lights according to your signal. Or else TRY texas instruments, they might allow u visit their plants....

Heck, you can get a DVD player (and DivX to boot!) at the local shop or supermarket for as little as AU$35 (about US$26), and that is an incredily complex piece of kit with a laser, motor, moving bits, huge ASIC, analog stuff, mains PSU, connectors etc. AND the retailer is making money on that, and so is the manufacturer and middle man importer too! Amazing.

Costs me about the same for one connector from Farnell! :->

Both. As you decrease in price, the offerings seem to get a bit weirder. Of course that means that the available tools are more limited.
