there's a full schemaiic esily found using a search engine. I've not looked for a block diagram.
The USBs 5V output is connected fairly directly to the 5V in. see above for more detail.
ballpark 3V - look it ip on wikiedia.

CPU pwer is 3.3V

And othe bits also run at 1.8v too so there are two linear regulators to cope with that.
