where to get N connectors

Find a store that stocks "Ham Radio" supplies ... there's bound to be one ... even in NYC.

The problem with getting completely useless replies like "Oh, there must be a store that sells it" and "Why don't you just look in the Yellow Pages" is just that other people who read these postings will get the feeling that the question has been answered, and I won't get any meaningful responses. Well, there are no more Amateur Radio store left in New York City, believe it or not -- else why would I have posted? I have been a ham for twenty years and lived in New York City just as long -- I should know. I would GREATLY prefer that you netizens would let my post die in oblivion, without a single response, than get worthless replies. So shut up. Unless you know where I can get N connectors locally.

Aren't there any local/regional web-based, or email-list-based swaplists? It might pay to drop a WTB in one or more of'em. Like me, I'm confidant that some ham in your area has a peanut-butter jar full of'em.

Order them online and be sure to select a quality brand name, or get adventureous and find a hamfest in your area.

Most local/regional amateur radio clubs will be holding hamfests now that the weather is good for outdoor events.

Google or ARRL or that Shack store will special order thousands of items that they don't stock.

If a ham, surely other hams should be able to help? One for the actual price plus postage?

I forgot to mench.. if you could find an electronics dealer that used to install C-band satellite dishes, they might still have some, as the Ns were used in early versions with separate downconverters
