TV takes about 10 minutes to warm up and when it does come on the picture turns negative and slowly be normal. The sound initially is mute but slowly be On but when the image is near dark or black, this go to mute. When on, audio is not good and noisy...

I have similar problem with kv-x2521.
I solve it with electrolitic cap. in AC/DC network (power).
I think 1000uF/16V.
