SMD diodes marking "2U 80" and "27 9E", what are they ?

Hi,

I have a SPSU board with two shorted SMD diodes :

+--+ |2U| |80| +--+

and :

+--+ |27| |9E| +--+

What are these diodes ?

The "2" is not a "Z" (checked that carefully). Also, on the board there another "27 9E" with Vf=0,59V on my multimeter. No zener effect up to Vr

If they were zeners, then convention from such vendors as Central would make 27 a 3V6 zener, and 2U an 18V zener.

You don't mention body size. Would make any search rather tedious..
