samsung projection tv fault

Hi I would be very grateful to anyone that could give me some details on a Samsung sp42w4hpx tv that I have a problem with R480 and R413 have burned and I cant read the values, also C862 has been removed by a previous repair man. Can anyone here tell me the values of these components? Thanks
