DC power receptacle for Acer 3000 laptop

I believe I have an Acer laptop with a bad DC power receptacle. The power adapter is providing the proper voltage(19Vdc); however, when I connect to the laptop circuit board (which I have removed from the laptop), the solder points of the receptacle to the circuit board show no volts.

There are no apparent dicrepancies seen on the receptacle. The power receptacle's negative spring contact appears to be in working order though there is evidence of wear. All solder connections look good, no burning, cracks, or bad welds.

The plan is to remove and replace the receptacle. However I don't have the part number nor a manufacturer name the would suit a good replacement. Does anyone know of a company that would sell or provide a new receptacle? I will use 63/37 solder to resolder the new receptacle.

Search Ebay with the model number. I have regulary found exact replacements for not much money compared with the laptop jack replacement "specialist" web sites.

Disconnect one lead of the receptacle and ohm it out. I doubt that it is shorted. Something else is probably shorted on the motherboard. Something is shorted to get zero volts from the PS.
