I checked my site and the closest I can come is a VSX-D508 or a VSX-D914 and several in between. If no one comes up with the exact one you need, I'd be glad to send you one or both of those if you thought they would get you close. They're only 1.9meg so email shouldn't be a problem.
I sent the guy one. I'll try to up one to your site.
