19" TFT LCD computer monitor model:MG19VT

19" TFT LCD computer monitor model:MG19VT,year:Jan 2006,UL Listed:99F6,no power I found these electrolytic capactors bulged:

EC1,EC2,EC3,EC10,EC22,EC23,EC25=470 uf,16v

so I replaced them and still no power up,there is 12v entering the unit from the detacheable power cord & on the CD driver board but 5v is absent in most parts of the main board, the problem is around:

U9=9435A=30V P-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET U10=AIC1578CS=High-Efficiency, Step-Down DC/DC Converter

does anyone have any schematics or common repair tips?.Thanks in advance.

The first thing to look for are fuses. They are probably surface mount and might not look like fuses. Andy Cuffe

Is this correct? If so, then why are you repairing a monitor that should be covered by warranty? Just curious ...
