Forgot to transfer it in FTP binary mode? Your file is corrupted somehow, that's the most probable.

Yes, It looks like it got corrupted somehow. I just checked the integrity of the file on the server, and it's definately fine. Unfortunately, you might have to download it again. Try using a proper download tool like wget, rather than a web browser, and the server does support resume/continues if you do get disconnected halfway through.
