=EF=83=98 4+ years experience programming & debugging experience in C/C++, Java, Linux Kernel. =EF=83=98 4+ years experience with Linux code development =EF=83=98 2+ years experience with OES/NetWare =EF=83=98 Strong computer systems hardware/software/driver familiarity =EF=83=98 Minimum of 2 years experience with Novell's products and technologies. =EF=83=98 Strong, progressive troubleshooting and debugging experience and ability. Ability to quickly and efficiently identify, investigate, and troubleshoot =EF=83=98 customer problems to isolate the source (root cause) and provide reliable solutions. =EF=83=98 Minimum of 2 years testing/support experience in a system network= ing environment. =EF=83=98 Responsive & detail oriented with excellent follow-through. Organized & thorough. =EF=83=98 Excellent interpersonal, written, & verbal communications & presentation skills (business fluent English a must) =EF=83=98 Ability to work well in team environment to encourage, motivate, & assist other members of their team. =EF=83=98 Confident, resilient, persistent, & solutions oriented. =EF=83=98 Proactive in improving knowledge level & technical ability, & obtaining and sharing knowledge & training with others. =EF=83=98 Superior work ethic. Preferred Skills:
