What do you mean with BSP ? You can find PXA kernel configuration (BSP ?) in the latest 2.6 kernel.

Intel PXA270 Mainstone Development Kit shematics and BOM is available form Intel. free Linux preview and sources for Mainstone board is available at ftp://ftp.arm.linux.org.uk/pub/linux/arm/people/xscale/mainstone
