square wave amplifier in 72mhz band.

please advise. i need a basic square wave amplifier for a project. amplify about 6 to 12X in 72 mhz band. can anyone help / send diagram of circuit? thanks.

Any surplus 4xxx CMOS inverter is cheaper and would give better rise time, wouldn't it?

That doesn't make a lot of sense. Theoretically to amplify a perfect square wave you need an amp with infinite bandwidth. What exactly are you trying to do?

Is this a radio control model aircraft application? I think they operate on

72Mhz in the USA but probably use FM not AM modulation.
