Need an equivalent for a fast rectifier, but with more amp.

Hi

I need a replacement number, but at 20 amp, for my fast rectifier STPR166 , my rectifier are a 200 volt 16 amp. but I need a rectifier 200 volt 20 amp. or 25 amp.

Any suggestions rectifier (200 v 20 amp) ?

Here's the complete spec of my actual rectifier that I need to replace.

International Rectifier has some higher-current rectifiers, like maybe the 20ETF02 ? I don't know if that would meet the rest of your specs though. Info at

Hi

I want to boost my power inverter. It's a Xantex Xpower 1000 , I will put more mosfet in parallel, but I need to put a higher current output rectifier, it's the one who rectify the power signal from the switching power transformer so it can be converted into 60hz 120v voltage.

Btw that rectifier are a common cathode type.

But it seem that a STPR2060CT or a MUR3060CT or even a 30CPH06 will do the job, as suggested by a guy in a email.

Bye

Gaetan

,

Try International Rectifier.. Example 30EPF04 = 400V 30A.

I've no idea if the package is right or any other parameters.
