Yes, you are correct. My poor editing may have seemed to attribute that quote to you, instead of Andre. I apologise unreservedly for a slip of the scissors.
Its been documented. Actually several cases TTBOMK .
The "unusually strong field" part was from a book called "Supernature" I read a while back . IIRC there was also a magnetic field present that was a lot stronger than "normal" emanating from the back of the head .

Non-psychic Russians I talked to seemed dubious about SDI's reality, but waaay overestimated the US attention-span. It was that Reagan magic, just like we were told. (I was last in Russia in 1991, and conversed mainly with people on the subway.)
