I've got one, and I wouldn't all it totally useless; it's OK for what it really is, which is a portable, low-power soldering tool for VERY intermittent (basically, emergency-only) use. I keep one around with a Leatherman tool and a couple of other bits in a kit for just such occasions.

Having said that - the tip is very fragile, and the tool overall isn't all that rugged; it is NOT something you'd want to be tossing around your bench on a regular, day-in-and-day-out basis.

And the original post is most definitely spam, and the original poster should therefore burn in whatever level of hell those sorts of people wind up in....;-)
