Affordable SW mode power supply

I'm in the UK and require a power supply(s?) to give 5V @ 5 amps and -12V @

200mA from 230V mains. I have built in approx. 2 x current to be on the safe side and to reduce working temperatures.

Forced air cooling is very undesirable.

It needs to fit in a unit so mustn't be more than 40 to 45mm high. The other dimensions are quite generous.

Any steers would be gratefully received.

They sell for around $40US. It's a 25W switcher, if you feel you need more power, look at LPT43.

If this is a one off then rob one out of an old VCR or other set top box. A PC one will do the job but you may have difficulty getting it to fit or use one of an old laptop, the older ones had multiple voltages like the Compaq Armada 7400 for example.
