Xilinx webpack

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has experienced problems with the installation of the xilinx webpack on windows 98SE? I get the installation started but at the end it reports that virtex support files are being un-installed.And if you do try to use MAP or PAR they report missing virtex personality modules.
