Is there an open USB hub anywhere? I can find USB device cores, but not hubs. -jim
a hub also needs to sense currents downstream devices use and it should be able to turn devices off, so a FPGA only implementation is not possible. Is there any reason you want to implement a hub in an FPGA, while readily available hubs are cheaper than the FPGA device alone?
Atmel make HUB chips (AT43301 for example), maybe you can find some useful info in the datasheets.
