I use Xilinx xcv200e to sum the measurement result in FPGA, in order to average the result in PC. Most of the time, the system can work well, but sometimes there are small noise-like vibration in the average chart and it can lasts several seconds. Of course, with very big average count, the vibration is not clear.
What's the possible reason? In addtion to possible hardware problem, if vhdl software can also cause such phenomena?
