Model Sim: Color Printing

How can you get ModelSim to print the wave window in color? I tried printing to a color printer and only got BW.

to a color printer and only got BW.

Select File -> Page setup... in the wave window. There is a radio button for the output color. My version is Modelsim 6.0b.
