A friend just bought a really nice R3762AH from Paul Zeppa at paul (at) rfimage.com -- one of several he's been selling via auctions similar to this one

3828081324). He had copies of the user and programming manual, but I'm not sure about the service manual. I'd suggest writing Paul and seeing if he'll sell the manual separately.
