HP 35660A dual channel Dynamic Signal FFT Analyzer with floppy disk, HP-Basic, and GPIB! This is a very versatile test instrument for vibration analysis, control system tuning and analysis or audio system frequency response testing. Originally sold for 13,000$, and still sold by Test Equity for 6,000$!

It performs realtime FFT analysis on two channels using a dedicated DSP processor. All the standard FFT analysis options of windowing, peak-detection, power-spectral density analysis etc are built-in and accessible via the front panel buttons.

The GPIB and built-in HP BASIC allows this unit to act as a standalone system controller in a GPIB automatic test system, running your BASIC test program and controlling other test instruments connected to the GPIB network cables.

Floppy disk works fine, and example BASIC program disks are included (NOTE the disk format is HP, not Microsoft, and cannot be read on a PC directly).

Unit passes built-in self tests (see screen shot).

Note: screen has a protective coating on it, and there is an approx 2mm spot that is peeled off in one area, that does not affect legibility at all, and is hard to notice unless you look closely. (see attached photo)
