Solution for long range wireless link on ISM band?

I am looking for a solution for connecting equipment over a wireless link with a range of 2-3 Km. Should be on ISM band. Any good ideas?

Thanks

Why should he? Usenet is not a person to person medium. Google is not Usenet, it is only a foul and atrocious interface to the real usenet. There is no reason to assume that any reader has, has had, or will ever have, access to any other article. Thus it is essential to always include adequate context. For means to do this, even on the extremely harmful google interface, see below. Especially read the referenced URLs before posting again.

Turned out OK on my newsreader (complete thread, Forte agent reader).

Although it's handy to have quoted text..

Except for years with high sun spot activity, the 27 MHz ISM band with CB equipment should be quite reliable with proper antennas.

Without direct line-of-sight paths, getting reliable contacts on other ISM bands within legal power levels is quite uncertain.
