Hi
I am looking for a secured EEPROM memory to store encryption keys.
Atmel secure memory At88sc is under consideration. Is there any other
equivalent part you can recommend?  I need the following features:
1. Scrambled data bus
2. password access control
3. Anti-tearing
4. Voltage and Freq monitor

Or any experience with At88sc chip is appreciated too.

Tony

Re: secure memory
May be you can look AMD flash which can be secured with a unique
identifient.
otherwise you could use a PSD device from Wafer Scal Inc (now ST
Microelectronics) see part WSI PSD311 and newer parts,
with best regards,
MB.
