samsung s6b33b2 timing

Hi, I am trying to use a samsung s6b33b2 for my embedded application. My processor is running at speeds upto 100Mhz and I use DMA to transfer data to the LCD driver. I see a few junk pixels when I run at 100Mhz. I think this is because I either write for too short a duration or write too often. Has any one used the s6b33b2 before? The chip datasheet says TBD for all timing requirements (I think this means you should use trial and error). Has any one pushed this to the limit? I need to know whether my waitstates for the memory write are too few or my dma is dumping to the LCD too often so that I can slow it down appropriately. Regards Tushit
