It's not a bomb it's not even the blueprints of something which

Also, given the number of other similar projects that have fizzled, it is roughly equivalent to calling the fire marshal in WW2 Dresden and threatening to drop one, or possibly as many as several lighted matches over the city.

And, even at that level, it could be a very good thing... for Microsoft.

"Monopoly? We got no stinkin' operating system monopoly! Look over there, at Google. They're HUGE and they're competing against us!"

And, coincidentally...
