Raven (Amontec Chameleon) with ARM920T and GDB?

Is anyone using the Amontec Chameleon Raven clone with a 920T core (Atmel AT91RM9200) and GDB?

I'm having trouble with breakpoints - when one is hit I can't continue or step past the breakpoint position - any ideas?
