Can anyone recommend a processor with the following features built in:
Display Controller Fast Ethernet Controller USB Host Floating Point Unit
The FPU is the sticking point. Alternatively a top end processor without FPU such as an ARM9 might work.

Maybe you can just try FPGA. For Xilinx FPGA you can use their Microblaze processor with FPU and add peripherals as you want.
