i had some surplus mounting the following microcontrollers

ARM family:

SAMSUNG S3C4510B01

SAMSUNG S3C2410AL

ST ARM9 MTC-20156TQ

PHILIPS ARM VT22152

POWERPc family

MPC555(more than 20 pcs)

i would like to know the easiest and inexpensive way to compile and debug with one of this 32 bit microcontrollers
