I assume the OP wants a card they can slot in. some SD cards have a physical switch on them. You could switch then to off and put a dab if superglue on the switch to keep it off.

I think Intel also threw large amounts of money at trying to commercialise UV transparent plastic ? Not sure how close they got.
EPROM pinout MTP Flash devices are now used to retro-fit many EPROM parts. These use HV mode for erase.

No mainstream supplier, but not quite truly obsolete either!
This is a current-active-production supplier of bipolar PROMS.

Electrically Erasable PROM's don't require a quarts window! The (UV) Erasable PROM's howerver do :)

Yes, I'm aware of them. But the fact that someone still makes them doesn't really mean that they aren't obsolete. There may well still be someone somewhere that still makes buggy whips.
... snip ...
'Buggy' whips are actually the active octane enhancing temporary additive for the motive power of buggies, and even sleds. If you need some I suggest enquiring among the buggies of New York City, and also those (and the sleds) available for touring Mount Royal Park in Montreal. I am sure there are other places, but I can't immediately come up with them.
Starting locations would include Dominion Square, in Montreal, and Central Park, in New York. Good luck in your quest.
