JPEG decoding?

Hi,

I'm looking for a DSP or CPU or (your suggestion here) capable of doing

320x240 JPEG decoding at around 15*8 frames per second, with some spare for motion detection.

Currently i'm looking at a TI DM 64x family DSP. any other suggestions?
