Intel BayTrail E3805 - Serial IO (SIO) - I2C in linux kernel 3.16-lts

Hi,

Can someone kindly let me know on the method of enabling driver for Processor Serial IO (SIO) - I2C in linux kernel 3.16-lts for Intel BayTrail E3805.

Can you please confirm whether the driver is available by default in linux kernel or should we need to integrate it ?

Thanks in advans, Karthik Balaguru

BayTrail is mentioned, but I can't speak to the quality of the implementation. Why not look for yourself?

The adapters get enlisted (i2c controllers get exposed) only if CONFIG_I2C_ DESIGNWARE_PCI is enabled .. However, kernel config seems to support list o f other variants of I2C system bus drivers w.r.t embedded environment... An y inputs on the recommended one available with Intel Baytrail processor.
